Scope: These terms apply to all Quantri360 products, including Partner (partner.quantri360.com), POS (pos.quantri360.com), Chat (chat.quantri360.com) and App (app.quantri360.com).
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms apply to all services of Quantri360, a platform that aggregates, synchronizes and analyzes multi-channel sales data, at quantri360.com, app.quantri360.com, admin.quantri360.com, pos.quantri360.com, chat.quantri360.com and partner.quantri360.com. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. User rights and obligations
Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure, using the service for lawful purposes, and not copying, distributing or exploiting system data without authorization. Specifically:
- Do not share your account with anyone (including Quantri360 staff). You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA), change your password regularly, and tell us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.
- Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, trade in prohibited goods, commit fraud, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt or attack the system.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data you put into the system and for your legal basis for processing your customers' data.
3. Quantri360 rights and obligations
We commit to providing a stable service, securing customer data and offering technical support under the agreed SLA, but we do not guarantee 100% availability because of possible infrastructure incidents, cyberattacks, maintenance or force majeure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay fees, harm the system, or at the request of a competent state authority. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
4. Fees and payment
Service fees (sales channel fees and Basic / Pro / Premium plans) are published on the Pricing page. Payment is made in advance through the 360 Wallet on 1, 3, 6 or 12 month cycles. Wallet balances can be used only for Quantri360 services and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. No refunds are given in cases of terms violations.
5. Intellectual property
All content, source code, UI/UX design and the Quantri360 logo belong to us. Business data you enter or synchronize into the system belongs to you. Quantri360 only stores and processes it to provide the service to you, and does not sell or share it with third parties (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Limitation of liability
Quantri360 is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability equals the fees paid in the most recent 12 months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will give 14 days' notice by email or on the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after that period means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, it will be resolved by a competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
9. Third-party platform connections
The service connects to platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta/Facebook, Google, Nhanh.vn, MISA and others) using permissions you grant yourself. Quantri360 accesses data only within the scope you authorize, and your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. Quantri360 is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes or API changes on the platform side. You can revoke connection permissions at any time, after which the corresponding data stops updating.
10. Tools using YouTube API Services
The "Post to YouTube" tool on Quantri360 Partner uses YouTube API Services. By using this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is processed under Quantri360's Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
11. Facebook user data
Quantri360 accesses Facebook data only when you connect your Facebook account yourself and agree on Meta's permission screen. This data is used only to provide reports and features to you, and it is not sold or shared with third parties.
When you connect, we store: your app-scoped Facebook account ID, display name, the access you grant (encrypted), and the list of Pages and ad accounts you have permissions on. If you sign in to Partner with Facebook, we also store that login link.
How to request deletion of your Facebook data
You can use either of these methods:
Method 1: request through Facebook
- Go to Facebook Settings › Apps and Websites.
- Remove the quantri360.com app.
- Select View Removed Apps and Websites, click View next to the app, then click Send Request.
Facebook will show a confirmation code and a link where you can track the status of your request.
Method 2: send an email to contact@quantri360.com with your Facebook account name and your Quantri360 account email. We respond within 72 business hours.
Data that is deleted
When we receive a request, we permanently delete: your Facebook account ID, display name, the access you granted, the list of Pages and ad accounts linked to that account, and the Partner login link. Copies of the access that a business uses for synchronization are deleted within 24 hours.
This request does not delete your Quantri360 account. To delete your account, send an email as described under "Your rights" in the Privacy Policy. Orders, reports and customer messages belong to the business using the service, which is the controller of that data, so they are not deleted by this request. If you are a customer of such a business, contact that business or email us for help.
12. Google user data
How to request deletion of your Google data
You can use either of these methods:
Method 1: remove it yourself in Quantri360. Sign in, open the connected accounts page and click Gỡ nick (Remove account) on your Google account. The access you granted and the list of accounts linked to that Google account (Google Ads, GA4, Gmail, Calendar / Meet) are deleted immediately. Your Google account ID, email and display name are kept in a removed state. To delete them completely, use Method 2.
Method 2: send an email to contact@quantri360.com with your Google account email and your Quantri360 account email. We respond within 72 business hours and permanently delete, within 30 days: your Google account ID, email, display name, the access you granted, the list of accounts linked to that Google account, and the Partner login link.
Revoking access on Google's permissions page only stops access. To delete stored data, use one of the two methods above. Data from the "Post to YouTube" tool is deleted as described in the YouTube section of the Privacy Policy.
This request does not delete your Quantri360 account. To delete your account, send an email as described under "Your rights" in the Privacy Policy. Google Ads and GA4 reports already synchronized belong to the business using the service, which is the controller of that data, so they are not deleted by this request.
